This artwork was inspired by the late afternoon light filtering through a group of deciduous trees as I looked across the valley at a small homestead on the opposite hill, during a recent visit to Lilydale – a small town in northern Tasmania on the north-western slopes of Mount Arthur, surrounded by orchards and farms.
